This plug in was designed to help protect both the program owner and the members. In a normal CC script, it is easy for a member to make changes to their profile and type their password in the wrong box. Instead of saving their updates, this would delete their accounts. With this plug in, if a member types their password in the delete my account box, they're taken to another page that has 3 button options on it. You are given the ability to customize the text on them. One is to agree to delete their account (a double opt in deletion), one is to correct it if they made a mistake, and one will take them to the contact form so that they may provide you with the reason they are resigning their account if they wish.
